AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: PARTICIPATION IN THIS GAME CONSTITUTES PARTICIPANT’S FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. THE SPONSOR’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND LEGALLY BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE GAME.
The Burlington Big Deal Event (the "Promotion") begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on November 14, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on November 26, 2025, or when the final Game Piece is distributed, whichever is sooner (the "Promotion Period").
THE PROMOTION CONSISTS OF: 1) INSTANT WIN GAME (REFERRED TO HEREAFTER AS "GAME") AND 2) A GRAND PRIZE DRAWING.
ELIGIBILITY: Promotion is opened to legal residents of Delaware, Florida, New Jersey and Pennsylvania age 18 or older at time of entry who visit a participating Burlington Store located in the following "Market": either: (1) Miami, Florida or (2) Delaware/New Jersey/Pennsylvania. Employees of Burlington Coat Factory Warehouse (the "Sponsor"), Ventura Associates International LLC (the "Administrator") and their respective parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Game, and members of their immediate families (e.g., parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) of same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to play or win. No groups, clubs or organizations may participate in this Game or reproduce or distribute any portion of these rules to its members. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Game governed by U.S. law. Void where prohibited by law.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GAME: A scratch-off card ("Game Piece") will be provided in-store (while supplies last) when you make a purchase at a participating Burlington Store during the Promotion Period. To play without making a purchase,send an email during the Promotion Period with your complete name and home address with the words "Burlington Big Deal Event Game Piece Request " on the subject line to: BigDealEvent@sweepspros.com (collectively, a "Free Game Piece"). Regardless of method of playing, there is a limit of one (1) Game Piece per person per day during the Game Play Period. Game Piece Requests that exceed this limit per person will be discarded. Requests for a free Game Piece will be honored, while supplies last, and all requests for a free Game Piece must be received by 11:59:59 P.M. ET on November 26, 2025.
HOW TO PLAY THE GAME: Scratch off the latex on the Game Piece to see if you are a winner. If your Game Piece does not reveal a winning message and code, you are not a winner. If your Game Piece reveals a winning message and code, visit www.BurlSweeps.com/50 ("Game Website") and follow instructions to claim your prize by submitting your name, home address, unique code and email address. Your confirmation as a winner is subject to verification and meeting eligibility requirements stated in these Official Rules. Only verifiable prize claims will be honored. For the purposes of the Official Rules, a prize claim is when a Participant is in possession of a winning message and code printed on a Game Piece and follows all onscreen instructions on Game Website to claim prize between November 14, 2025, and December 24, 2025 (collectively the "Prize Claim Period"). The contact information (name, address, telephone number(s), and email address) provided by claimant at time of claiming a prize, serve as the contact information of record in respect of all communications. Administrator's and/or Sponsor's decisions are final and binding. ANY UNCLAIMED INSTANT WIN PRIZE AFTER THE END OF THE PRIZE CLAIM PERIOD WILL NOT BE AWARDED.
All Game Piece requests, claims and/or materials submitted to Sponsor and/or the Administrator become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied Game Pieces will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical, printing or other errors; or for Game Piece requests that are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, postage due, damaged, torn or separated mail due to improper packaging, or any combination thereof. Game Pieces that contain printing errors, are tampered with, illegible, photocopied, mechanically reproduced, distributed where prohibited by law or not obtained through regular channels will be deemed null and void. Liability for any irregular Game Piece will be limited to replacement with another. If through printing or production errors, more prizes are printed and distributed than those prize quantities offered in the Official Rules, no more than the actual number of prizes per the Official Rules will be awarded. Should such a situation occur, winner(s) may be determined in a random drawing from among all submitted eligible and verified winning prize claims at such prize level.
INSTANT WIN PRIZE DETAILS, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES ("ARV") & ODDS OF WINNING: A total of 4,000 $50.00 Burlington Gift Cards are available to be claimed valued at $50.00 each. Maximum ARV of all instant win prizes: $200,000.00. Limit: One (1) instant win prize per household. Odds of winning an instant win prize are 1:226. Each Burlington Gift Card prize will only be redeemable for purchases made at Burlington, Baby Depot and Cohoes and cannot be redeemed for the purchase of gift cards or as an adjustment to prior purchases. Gift Card may not be returned, redeemed for cash (except in states where required by law) or used as payment on a Burlington credit card account or any other credit card account. No credit or cash given for any unused portion of Gift Card. Gift Card will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Prizes awarded approximately 30 days after winner verification. Prizes are not transferable and no prize substitute by any winner is permitted.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GRAND PRIZE DRAWING - ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED PER MARKET.Visit www.BurlSweeps.com during the Promotion Period and follow all onscreen instructions to submit your name, complete home address and email address ("Entry") during the Promotion Period for a chance to enter the random drawing for which you qualify and entered. All Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on November 26, 2025. Limit: One (1) Entry per person/per email per day during the Promotion Entry Period. All entries submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Only winners will be notified.
PRIZES DETAILS & ODDS OF WINNING: One (1) Grand Prize will be randomly awarded per Market. Each grand prize winner will receive WAWA Gift Cards with a total value of $5,000.00 to use towards gas for one year. Each WAWA Gift Card is subject to availability. See gift card for details, terms, and conditions. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received per Market during the Promotion Period
Each potential Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected per market from all eligible Entries received during Promotion Entry Period. Random drawing will be conducted on or about December 3, 2025, by the Administrator. The contact information (name, address, telephone number(s), and email address) provided by entrants at time of entry shall serve as the contact information of record in respect of all communications. Each potential Grand Prize winner will be required to complete and return: a) an Affidavit of Eligibility & a Liability/Publicity Release, and if necessary, b) an IRS W-9 Form (collectively these two forms are referred to hereafter as "Prize Documents" to the Administrator within five (5) business days from the date of being notified as a potential Grand Prize winner. If a prize notification and/or the Prize Documents are returned as undeliverable, or if a Grand Prize winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or he or she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the corresponding prize will be forfeited. ANY FORFEITED PRIZE WILL NOT BE AWARDED TO AN ALTERNATE WINNER.
All fees, federal, state, local, sales and income taxes or other expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of any prize are the sole responsibility of each winner. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission for Sponsor and its agents and licensees to, at their discretion, contact and subsequently use each winner's name, prize won, hometown, likeness, video tape, photographs, and statements for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Prize claims, and all Game Pieces are subject to verification. Anti-fraud detection devices may be used to verify winners. Game Pieces will be void if they fail to pass anti-fraud detection measures or if found to be photocopied, reproduced, altered, forged, defaced, tampered with, mutilated, stolen, unauthorized or illegible in any way, or if they fail to contain special markings and/or security codes used by the Sponsor and its agents in this Game.
Any attempt by a participant to obtain more Game Pieces (or entries for the Grand Prize drawing) other than stipulated in these Official Rules by using multiple/different email accounts, identities, or any other methods will void that Participant's Game Piece Requests and/or Entries, and that Participant will be disqualified. Use of scripts, macros, or any other automated system to participate or subvert the process is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of an identity dispute, Game Piece Request and/or Entry will be considered made by the registered holder or owner of the email address account used for the Game Piece Request or Entry. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by the Sponsor or the Administrator. Participants subject to all notices posted in-store or at www.burlington.com including but not limited to its privacy policy. All Game Piece Request or Entries and requests become Sponsor's property and will not be returned or acknowledged.
LIABILITY RELEASE: Participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and the Sponsor, and release the Sponsor, Administrator and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, prize provider, and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Game, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance, use, misuse of any prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Game or use or redemption of any prize won. The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Game or in the announcement of prizes.
GENERAL: In the eventuality of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the participant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Any entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass Game Piece Requests or Entries or Entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices or because of bulk e-mail or spamming of any sort are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive Entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; or (ii) any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Game. By participating in the Game, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Game. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Game. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Game it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) withdraw or cancel the any portion of the Game if it becomes technically corrupted, (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Game), and to select Grand Prize winners from among all eligible Entries received prior to withdrawal. LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN PARTICIPANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER OR VANDALIZE THIS WEB SITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE GAME, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
